Très bon rapport Qualité/Prix
Publié le 28 oct. 2015 sur HotelsL'hôtel est situé à distance de marche du centre-ville, USS Midway Museum et Balboa Park. La nourriture est bien meilleure que ce à quoi je m'attendais et l'hôtel est aussi très tranquille en soirée. Bref, J'ai eu un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel, et cela ne pas coûté trop cher :)

The location is great. The hostel is near public transportation and countless nightlife and food options. The staff is very accommodating and go the extra mile to help.

It seems that property needs a little remodeling, overall. it was not in a convenient location for me, it was not to my liking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cost effective.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad that you found the place friendly and welcoming as that is what we always aim for. If you could send us an email with a little bit more information about your comments I'd appreciate so we can look into any potential issues. Our location in Little Italy is very close to trolley and bus routes and easy to access by car as we are near a highway exit so I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't convenient for where you were planning to go.

방이 화장실보다 더럽다..
호스텔이 너무 더러워서 아침 일찍 나가서 저녁 늦게 들어오게 된다
직원도 친절하지 않다
화장실이 어디인지, 조식은 어디에서 먹는지 아무것도 알려주지 않는다
근데 가격은 비싸다
다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳이다

We are sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet our standards that we set. We do conduct daily housekeeping of the rooms and also do multiple daily cleanings of bathrooms, but in shared spaces we always appreciate if people bring things to our attention as well. If you could send us an email about a staff member that you may have had difficulty with we would like to look into that further as we aim to be great hosts and make sure that people know where everything is and how it all works.
