Beautiful cottage studio, just remodeled, in a fantastic location! All is brand new! Just 5 minutes to the beach and bay in a relaxing and safe area. Walkable any hour of the day and night. Enjoy 2 really comfy queen-size beds, a kitchenette with all you may need, wonderful 2 rainfall showers, large smart TV, and a working space. Walk to La Playa Beach, Shelter Island, or Sunset Cliff to experience the most amazing sunsets in San Diego! 5 min drive to Liberty Station and just 10 min to Seaworld and the airport.

Lovely studio
Nice studio, clean and modern. Some great places close by. The only challenge is inadequate lighting on the exterior if you arrive after dark.

Cute Studio!
Overall, we would stay here again! Very cute comfortable 2 queen bed studio! The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The a/c was at 62, but felt closer to 72. We turned on the fans and shut the bathroom door and it cooled down a tad! Walking distance to town - The Fish Shop has amazing food and very reasonably priced. Street parking at the studio was on a steep hill making it a little scary to get out. We sent the kids out passenger door. Thanks for everything!!

Ein guter Ort
Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und es hatte alles, was es braucht. Auch Point Loma ist ein super Ort mit dem nahen Meer etc. und doch nicht weit von San Diego Downtown. Den Verkehr der Strasse hört man im Studio bei offenem Fenster gut, in der Nacht ist es aber relativ ruhig. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen :-).

Adventurous great location
Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well

Just darling
It was so cute and clean inside. Very cozy beds, great ceiling fan and the shower was so cool! We were able to walk down to the water in twenty min and the walk back was fine too. We went to Eppig brewery, backstage live at Humphreys half moon, liberty station. It was awesome! Communication with host was great :)

Perfect for our needs
This studio was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway. We were in a great location to easily get to wherever we wanted to go. The studio was very well decorated with ample and creative storage solutions. We each had our own queen bed and lots of pillows. The bathroom gave us each a sink while the huge shower was tall enough for me and had multiple shower heads. The kitchenette was perfect for storing our breakfast cereal, evening snacks and beverages. We ate most of our meals out as there are some fabulous restaurants about a 20 minute walk from our place. Our hosts were quick to respond to any messages. And there was always a parking spot available for our car. Great location close to the water and fabulous cool breezes.

Easy to stay here
This was a small studio, but perfect size and amenities for our family of four. Bathroom and shower are great. Kitchen is small but plenty equipped and wonderful to be able to cook a few meals instead of eating out for every single meal. Easy walk up the street (and hill) to Jensen's grocery store for a little dessert or supplies for the next meal. Location makes it easy to get to main roads and places in the city.

Our stay was Wonderful in the San Diego/Point Loma area. The property is just like the pictures! Clean and the Off street parking was very nice. We were able to visit the San Diego Zoo, La Playa Beach, and Mission Beach all a short car ride away! Restaurants visited were Pizza Nova and The Brigadine Seafood Restaurant-recommended by property owner both we’re Great!

Such a cute spot!!
This studio was clean, private and cutely decorated. It’s located at such a convenient spot in san diego, it’s close to everything! My husband and i had a chance to speak with the host in person and he was such a sweet man and made us feel at home. Look no further this is the best!

Sweet comfortable home with all the perfect details!
Absolutely adorable home in a perfect location. Very thoughtful hosts that accommodated any need we had! The privacy and safety of the neighborhood was a huge plus as well, walked a few blocks down almost nightly for tons of different restaurants. Will definitely stay again while in San Diego! 😊

We loved this little apartment. Check in was a bit scary. You can’t see the entrance to the unit so we had to find the manager, who lives is the connected house. He gave us the code and it was smooth sailing from there. It was the perfect unit for my daughter & I to visit my son at PLNU

Perfect for us.
Amazing little place in my favorite neighborhood. To be clear for anyone interested. This is basically a big master bedroom with two queen beds. The bathroom is beautiful and two can shower at once. The kitchenette was super cute and totally adequate. Has microwave, toaster oven and two burner electric stove top. Small refrigerator if that’s a concern for you but we ate out of course for our entire week stay. No laundry if that is a concern as well but for weekends that shouldn’t be an issue anyway. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Parking is on a fairly busy neighborhood street out front but it wasn’t an issue and I drive a large truck. We were extremely happy and will return.

Great Stay!
The stay was great. The unit featured 2 beds and a large walk in closet. The host supplied a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, towels and cleaning and washing supplies. There was also Wi-Fi and a small eating area. We enjoyed the privacy and separate entrance. We did have a small incident with the lamp knob in the room but we made sure to replace the cost of the lamp in total. Other than that, everything was in working order. Perfect stay. Would love to stay again.

Great location and nice space
Overall I was happy with the location and space, however there was an adjoining rental with their door directly behind the head of the bed. The other renters were very loud all hours of the night and it was very disturbing. The owners were responsive and reimbursed me for one night stay.
