Property and property manager were great!

Parking is challenging late in the night but not as difficult during the day as I have been staying at the property myself the last 3 months to remodel and update the apartments.

Stay in San Diego

The property location is about 10 to 15 mins from all the attractions near downtown San Deigo, for example the Zoo, Seaworld, Balboa Park, Downtown Gaslamp and Seaport Village. However the beach and dog beach is located one block from the property and is definitely walking distance too!

Home away from home

Everything was walking distance from this apartment,from a market,restaurants and the beach as well. My kids really enjoyed all the beach equipment they provided which made us have a perfect beach day.It was closed to everything but in a quiet neighborhood.We will definitely be staying here again.

San Diego Trip
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat stay, the whole family had a wonderful time! The owner was very communicative and provided great details for check-in, what was expected and check out.
Local to everything, we walked to the beach and to restaurants. Took an Uber for everywhere else we went. The locals in the neighborhood were great. Made some friends.
Will definately be visiting again.

Quick Getaway

The host was wonderful, very accommodating and kind with loads of recommendations for things in the area. Absolutely would recommend staying here for anyone and would definitely stay again if we're ever back to the area again!

Cute Apartment for a Beach Vacation
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayI really enjoyed this convenient, comfortable home. It's a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I had never been to San Diego before, so I was given the grand tour of all the neighborhoods, but if I had had more time, I would have liked to spend more down time in OB!

Property fine, property manager not fine
Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property manager begins bothering you immediately. She wants you to cancel with VRBO and schedule with her directly. When you get to the property, she wants to know who everyone she sees on security cameras is. She bothered us our entire stay with texts to call her for various reasons. The property is clean and close to beach but WIFI is terrible, you aren’t even able to watch a movie. Lightly is horrible and can hear upstairs guests every step. Close to airport so sound of jets overhead all day.

We fulfilled all of Stacie’s request for her reservation. She wanted her daughter to be able to check in early at 12pm. With the help of our great housekeeping team, she was able to check in at 12pm.
We only text her in response to her questions about parking and property address. Another guest inform the manager that there was a dog left unsupervised in a common area as a result we had to ask Stacie if she brought a dog along since she didn’t pay for a pet fee. Ultimately she gave the team a bad review because we couldn’t accommodate her 3pm check out time as well as she had decided to skip paying for the standard pet fee. We try our best to give the best value to all our guest and to treat each and every guest fairly.
