The property was perfect for my wife and I. The only thing I would look for next time is air conditioning. I couldn't cool down the room as I couldn't get the breeze blowing in the windows.
The location was awesome. Lots of options for night life and restaurants, but still a quiet area - and a 10 minute walk to Ocean Beach.

It is within walking distance to so many nice places to dine, organic groceries, liquor store, and gas all in the first block,...... going beyond that just brings more yummy and fun options. Very nice neighborhood. Plus the host are the best ever.

Great place to stay. The property owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the area since she's a local. The room is inviting with a comfortable bed, and it's incredibly close to Ocean Beach. My only complaint is that some of the local insect life likes to wander in, so beware if you aren't used to that, given it's close to the ocean. Though they were more than willing to help with the problem at a moment's notice.

Nice place, location iffy
Publié le 25 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayCute place as advertised. Check in no problem, parking not bad, only had to move the car once for street cleaning, walked everywhere we wanted to go. Open windows for the sea breeze sounds great until you hear every sound. I've stayed in OB several times and I'm used to the airplane noise, it just gets a little annoying having to pause a movie at night every 5 minutes for take off. And God bless all the firefighters, especially the ones half a block away. I'm sure the couple screaming F U at the top of their lungs have worked things out. The place is great, noise canceling headphones highly recommended.
