As night comes, move inside and settle down in front of the romantic fire place. Prepare your own dinner in the gourmet kitchen or walk into Ocean Beach and choose one of the many fun restaurants.

Stay home and read or watch for dolphins and count the pelicans as they cruise past. Take a break for antiquing along the main street, in the best beach town in San Diego, Ocean Beach. OB a fun beach town everyone needs to see
Tim was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome during our stay while visiting from Australia. Great location hanging over the cliffs at Ocean Beach/Sunset Cliffs and an easy stroll to Newport St the heart of OB which has something for everybody and should be experienced, a very unique place. Loved it and hope to go back soon and stay with Tim again. Murray & Leslie.

OB Has a vibe
We showed up late from Las Vegas and couldn't see the view from our room, but we opened the doors and listened to the ocean waves as we slept for the 1st night. We made coffee and relaxed on the balcony and stared into the amazing ocean! We met the owner while heading out for a little shopping and he was so wonderful, he shared some stories and history about Ocean Beach. We walked the Sunset Cliffs, and took in the sights with a Brunch cruise. Then for the main event and the reason we came to San Diego - a concert at PETCO park. The location of this apartment was perfect for all of our adventures... I especially loved the feel of Ocean Beach.. the difference in people, smells,, smiles & Sights just from the drive off the 8 freeway.. this town seems to slow your heartrate and free your mind of worry!! We will be back!

This is a beautiful unit constructed overlooking the owner's patio and home. The owner is a great host. Only issue are the stairs to reach the unit entrance and the bedroom floor above the living area, which may be difficult for older or handicapped people.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the upper deck. Loved the walks around the area, especially to Sunset Cliffs. The sunset waa amazing. No air so fans were very helpful in keeping the house cool during the heat of the day. Lots of items in the kitchen made it easy to cook. Pillows need to be updated. Tim was very easy to work with and very informative and helpful about what to do in the area.

This is a beautiful place and the location can’t be beat! The view from the balcony is what sold me and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The kitchen is well stocked, the bathroom spacious with lots of drawers and the bed very comfortable. My son slept on the pull out couch and he said it was great too. Tim, the owner, is very personable and really cares that you have a good experience! That definitely makes a positive difference. This was my first time in Ocean Beach and we had so much fun. Make sure you check out the swimming cove which is just 2 blocks down. The landscape is breathtaking. Thank you Tim! We definitely would love to come back!

Cannot rave enough!!
From start to finish, our stay here was incredible. The property and location is absolutely beautiful and well-kept. The owner Tim was so kind and personable and made sure our comfort was top priority. We've stayed in many places over the years, but this by far was our best experience. The apartment is so well thought out. And the view is excellent. I enjoyed the ocean breezes while sipping a cup of coffee. Sunset Cliffs is truly a beautiful neighborhood. A nice weekend with an ocean view
We were hoping to relax near the Pacific for the last weekend of a hectic three-week trip, and this home delivered! It was just the right size for the two of us. We loved the big-screen tv and the ocean view from the bedroom. The host was friendly and helpful. We cooked and ate all meals there. Only small issues: lots of stairs (best to include that in your VRBO description), old, worn, stained towels and pillows, and a very moldy shower curtain. However, none of those things detracted from our lovely, quiet weekend! Thank you for a great stay!

Tim and Kathy’s property was perfect for us. Tim met us on arrival and was warm and welcoming, and during our stay he was available and helpful. This was my third visit to Tim and Kathy's wonderful oceanside vacation rental - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Amazing location, beautiful ocean views, easy walking distance to local restaurants, shopping, grocery, and nightlife. Most of all, the rental itself is clean, quiet, spacious, and with all the amenities. Such an absolute pleasure to spend a vacation here - we will do it again!!

Fantastic stay. Cozy with a fireplace downstairs. Pretty ocean view deck accommodating the pelicans and rainbows upstairs. 5 blocks from everything. I'll be calling Tin for another stay sooner than later!
