L’hotel a l’air désuette de l’extérieur, à l’interieur lobby mal organisé avec personnel froid , grande odeur d’eau de javel à l’interieur de la chambre , draps minuscule pas chaud dutout et trace d’excrement sur les murs de la salle de bain….Très mal insonorisé et quartier peu securitaire

This is a great place to stay! I’ve stayed in PB twice already and it’s great for young people and adults who want to go to bars, restaurants, shopping, and have everything walkable. The hotel was nice and very clean. The only thing is that there is a lot of homeless people who stay at Pacific Beach, so it’s not the cleanest looking when you’re walking, but to have a hotel 5 minutes walking from the beach is perfect, I would definitely come back!

Room are clean and spacious! Bathroom is clean but very small. Shower head is old not very user friendly! Surrounding area is very noisy until late night!

Thank you for your comments. We do have several sizes of rooms and bathrooms. Because we are only about two blocks from the closest restaurants, and a 1/2 block from the beach, the surrounding area can be very lively in the late evenings. We hope you will consider triyng us again, and do thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Read the fine print there is no pool on property. The office staff was never any help would always say they didnt know to any question I would ask. Location is nice and close to restaurants and beach, other than that would never stay here again.

I am very sorry to hear that your questions could not be answered and very surprised as well. Most of my staff know the area, restaurants, bus lines, and other information and are required to know most of that when they start. The pool is shared and located at our sister property a block away, and is something we want our guests to know before they decide to book with us. I do apologize for the confusion.
