- 2 car underground garage, very safe
- excellent location to walk to beach/restaurants/bars
Cons:
- for the price, be advised, is very very noisy corner condo, 24/7 noise, can't even open the windows. even with close windows you still hear noise. however, if 50% discounted then maybe worth suffering, otherwise for the price find somewhere else.

Ben, so glad you enjoyed the condo, but so sorry the social activities that summer brings was an issue for you. Perhaps off season would be more comfortable for this specific home for your needs. We have over 75 properties, please let us help you find some other options best suited if you come again in the summer!

Great beach trip

Perfect location across from the beach and the bay and walking distance to shops and food. Perfect for our party lots of room and privacy. Would love to stay again .

Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe space in this house is nice. There was very little hot water in any bathroom. The house is very dated and needs new carpet, paint, etc. We would. never stay again due to the road noise. You cannot sleep! For a family of 6 we had plenty of room.

So glad Bethany enjoyed the home and stay! So sorry about the hot water pressure. I searched all communication, reservation and maintenance notes. Not sure if the guest ever called in with this issue. Had we known we would have maintenance jump on it to see what was going on. We even have on call agents for emergency.
The home is situated in a very social area, so some noise can be heard especially when windows are open. This home has central AC for additional comfort and noise reduction.
We hope Bethany will be our guest again soon and feels free to reach out so we can vet any specific requirements. We have over 70 homes to enjoy!

Great Location!
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.

Condo in pacific beach

The instructions to enter the building on arrival were somewhat confusing. You cant enter the main doors. There is a metal side door you use.
Having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom was perfect. We would stay again.

Right in the heart of PB
Publié le 10 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy 2 children, their spouses and I needed a place to gather for the holidays. We all had an amazing time! This is the second time I have used Nancy’s Vacation rentals and they did not disappoint. Walked to the beach and along the boardwalk. Spent time at Belmont Shore and ate at amazing restaurants - all within walking distance! Will definitely be using Nancy’s Vacation rentals in the future - they don’t disappoint! Oh and the fact that we had 2 gated parking spots was a big plus in my book! 😄

Feedback on Nancy's Vacation Rentals

Unit was very clean and very clear check in process was provided with great instructions. We contacted the owner about a small issue and got immediate response and it was corrected within a few hours. Great customer service.
