Below you will find details about our 3 bed/ 3 bath home, Pacific Blue #207, located in Mission Beach.

Pacific Blue #207 is located in a 3-floor, 18 unit building across from the surf and sand. It's the perfect, central location right on the corner where Pacific Beach meets Mission Beach! This relaxing condo is fully furnished with a fun, vibrant style great for families and friends. The condo is located off of Mission Boulevard and provides a quiet retreat after a day around town. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and one full bath on the first floor, along with the living room, dining area and kitchen and storage closet with beach accessories. A balcony off from the living room is great for grilling and relaxation. The kitchen has rich slab granite counters, self-closing drawers and cabinets, and stainless appliances. Standard kitchen appliances such as a toaster, blender, coffee maker, oven, stove, dishwasher and water filter refrigerator along with plenty of dish ware and cookware make meals together in this home a breeze! Eat-in kitchen includes bar seating for two, along with an additional dining area that seats four. Living room includes a plush couch and a large flat screen TV, with cable and stereo sound.

Ascend the stairs and find the master bedroom first. The master has a queen bed and large walk-in closet with additional storage for linens. The master bath includes spa-type features, including luxurious rainfall shower head, gorgeous granite and tiling details, and a double vanity sink. The third bedroom includes an office space outside the room, with a bright window and balcony that sheds light on the workspace. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and ample closet and dresser storage space. The laundry is located on this floor as well. The units are energy efficient with tank less water heater and solar electricity. There are two parking spaces in a gated garage and bicycle racks for the residents.

Outside the complex, you will find coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and Mission Beach and Bay all just steps away! The convenient location is 2 miles from SeaWorld, 3 miles from Old Town, and just 7-9 miles from the Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and the world famous San Diego Zoo in lovely Balboa Park. Come enjoy all San Diego has to offer along with the best weather in the nation!

Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days. We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a 'starter kit' to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. Holiday 2024 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!

Summer 2024 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest's face and holding either a Driver's License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as, payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)

This is a roomy condo in a perfect beach town location. Walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Accommodated our family of 5 and small dog wonderfully. We did have an issue with a broken AC unit and they ended up bringing 2 portable units to keep things cool. I would say the maintenance team moved a little slow, but we still enjoyed our stay.

We found the property to be as described with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms however I should have researched the neighborhood more thoroughly ie Younger perhaps surfer oriented not upscale at all! We also felt the management was intrusive with phone calls, text messages and emails. Didn’t appreciate being charged for a two hour earlier check-in that was offered to us not requested.

After you complete reservation with Vrbo , host send message that reservation is Not confirmed till you resign new contract , should be illegal fraud. The night we checked in was power shortage wasn’t big deal for us , in morning we try to leave car was parked in building structure and gate will not be open , try to reach management but no one will respond , not even emergency number , reached Vrbo after they verify that management don’t respond Vrbo gave number of owner , owner was in church and didn’t see any intention to contact management to repair gate in building.

Sooooooo close to the beach.
This rental was exactly what we needed. Was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, so was easy to come and go. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillow options. I agree with other reviews that furniture and paint could use a touch up, but it was all cosmetic and honestly didn’t bother us. Would definitely return.

Our children loved this property! It gave them the room they needed to "get away" from each other and the space to be together. The property was clean and the amenities were just what we needed. We have 5 kids ranging in ages from one to 13. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and close to many eateries. We will definitely be back!!!

This property was an excellent location… one block to the beach and lots of great restaurants (and grocery store) nearby. The parking was a bonus! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well supplied. The staff was easy to connect with and checked in by phone to answer any questions. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: -Location is great just one block off the beach -Very spacious condo -Newer condo -Nancy’s Vacation Rental great! -Clean Cons/Recommendations: -Needs a new paint job; walls are very dirty -Pots, pans, and some utensils need replacement; almost unusable they are so gross -Get rid of the 20-yr old sound system -Towels had huge stains -Some furniture needs replacement (i.e. desk chair, night stands in master) -Overall, there is wear and tear due to the condo being a short-term rental that the owner is not keeping up with We would stay again or try another condo in the same complex.

Great location
Loved the location of the property! Walking distance to a grocery store, the beach and many restaurants. Is driving distance to the zoo and many other attractions. It's a very spacious condo, lots of Room for 6 adults. We really loved it here. The only thing that could be fixed is some of the blinds, so you can open them and let some sunshine in. We would definitely stay here again if visiting California!!

6 of us stayed here for our son's graduation from USD, and the condo great. The location was perfect for enjoying Mission/Pacific Beach and Mission Bay, and within easy walking distance to Ralph's grocery store and numerous restaurants. The beds were all comfortable and the lay-out & fixtures of the kitchen and bathrooms were all very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Great stay
My family and I had a great visit for our week of vacation. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Convenient coffee shop right below and a grocery store just down the street. Very clean unit.

Perfect location!
We needed some beach time and the location of this property allowed us to be on the beach within minutes! The condo was neat and well kept and very comfy. Would highly recommend!

Great Family Vacation Spot
Great location just steps to Pacific Beach. Easy onsite parking. Condo is spacious and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out super easy. Really appreciated the basic items provided - TP, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Will definitely stay here again!
