Frais de stationnement excessif, option de repas et prix des repas déraisonnables, la quantité et la qualité ne valent pas le prix. Chambres rénovées mais la salle de toilette n’a pas été reconfigurée et l’espace est trop restreint.

Overall a family friendly resort, kids enjoyed feeding the ducks, however check in was very slow, and room was not very clean for its price (paid $700 a night for a 1 bedroom). There were 2 big, long legged spiders in the room upon arrival, and we found a dead cockroach as we opened up the sofa bed. I tried to call front desk but no one picked up (5pm), called again the next morning (9am ish) still no one answered. Finally when I called again at 10am to request for late check out, someone finally picked up and accommodated the request. However, they said they couldn’t do anything about the bugs in the room. We won’t go back again for the price we paid for sure.

Our room was dirty when we got there. Sheets look like they hadn’t been washed in weeks and it smelled like we’d dog. Front staff was incredibly rude and not friendly at all. Very short and not informative at ALL. Would not stay here again. I paid so much money to be treated rudely and to sleep in what felt like a motel.

BED BUGS! Beware!

My three year old got bit by bed bugs all over his leg. After spending a large amount of money for a lanai garden room for our family vacation, I will never travel here again. Absolutely disgusted.
