Quiet in comparison with India street. Still used earplugs, but not so much noise considering it’s right in town.

We’ve stayed at Porta Vista in previous years, but unfortunately, we've noticed a steady decline in the hotel's maintenance and staff service. It's clear that upkeep is lacking, as you can see signs of wear throughout the hotel. The most frustrating part, however, is the customer service. The staff seems unhelpful, often giving excuses and pushing you off to speak with a manager instead of addressing any concerns themselves. It’s as if they don't want to make an effort to resolve issues, and the manager becomes their go-to excuse. Despite the convenient location in Little Italy with its vibrant shops, great dining options, and the lovely Saturday farmer's market, it’s just not enough to justify the price and poor experience we had this time. There are many other choices in the area, and we’ll definitely be looking into alternative accommodations for our next visit.
