Beautiful home and setting

In spite of numerous efforts to get the pool heater working it did not work and we were disappointed that we were unable to use the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were 2 reasons that we chose to stay there as the adults and especially our grandchildren were really looking forward to swimming and soaking. The host was very active in trying to get this rectified but it wasn't to be.

Perfect Location, Very Well Equipped
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGorgeous sunsets, beautiful pool and plenty of space for our family vacation! While there is not actual beach access from the house, the view from the cliffs makes up for it. Our large family of eight had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The host was very responsive and we are looking forward to a return visit!!

Stunning Location

Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAmazing!! The house, views, and location are all incredible. The home is set up great for both indoor and outdoor entertaining, and the sunsets are spectacular! The Check-in process was easy and the property manager was friendly and available throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great views needs maintenance
Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect location and great views. However, the house is definitely in need of maintenance. Walls have marks/ gouges that need attention. Pool fence had a big hole. House smelled musty when we arrived ( as though it had been closed up for a long time) and the smell never completely went away. Shower leaked where caulking needs replacing. Joseph, the property manager responded quickly to any inquiries. Overall the views and location are great but the other issues mentioned are big enough that I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you for emphasizing the “perfect location and views.” We agree! Regarding scuffs on the walls, our cleaning crew has gone through the house to remove marks and scuffs and minor touch up painting has taken care of the rest. The single pool fence section is on order, but to be clear, the cut out in the fence measures 5 inches x 10 inches and is located 38 inches off the ground -- high up enough that it is not a safety issue nor does interfere with functionality – it is simply cosmetic. The house is never closed for long as we have groups in and out every week of the year, however, the smell may have been related to the recent record rainfall that California experienced this Spring. Also, the shower has been recaulked as part of our routine maintenance schedule. We appreciate hearing from our guests and work quickly to remediate each and every issue that is brought to our attention.

Wonderful time with family in a wonderful spot
Publié le 27 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayFirst, Joseph is a fantastic property manager. Always responsive and helpful. The house was great- plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the views and fire pit on the front deck and the backyard and pool were great as well. We had family visiting from the midwest and while it did cost extra to have the pool heated, it was well worth it so we could enjoy the pool and spa during the 6 days we stayed at the property. We will go back again, for sure.

Awesome Place
