Le motel a été rafraîchi en apparence mais il reste d’époque... Très mal insonorisé, mauvaise odeur dans la chambre.... lit peu confortable

Room smells bad.

Window in room left open all the way, screen was bent, a bunch of mosquitoes were in room. Wash cloth had a bunch of black stuff on it. Toilet was dirty, toilet paper new roll looked tampered with. Random people walking by at night trying to open multiple doors.
I parked in a handicap stall and another car block the walking path to handicap spot. Management just ignored my concerns.

It wasn’t a new building or a luxurious one but it served its purpose that it was need it for. Parking was horrible but very close to the freeway n close to major dining areas. It was clean n neat.

Tuvimos que reclamar por que no hiciero el servicio de la habitación el primer día. La persona de recepción nos dijo que uno debía de pedir en la recepción que se haga el servicio

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! The pictures on Travelocity are nothing like the actual rooms. It's old, run-down, dirty, and in a bad neighborhood. I booked this property because the location was great, the pictures looked good, and the price implied that it was a solid property. WRONG! It's VERY overpriced, and they have some nerve charging what they did for this terrible property. They don't even have a parking spot for each room--our car was buried behind two other cars when we tried to leave. We found dead gnats in the sheets, and our socks were black after walking on the floors. They give you one small bar of soap and one towel with no housekeeping onsite to give you more. The mattresses were thin, the pillows were old and lumpy, and the bathroom counters were stained. The room looked and felt like a prison cell. One of the most miserable nights we've spent in a while. AVOID!
