The staff were incredible. From the moment we got there they were friendly, helpful and happy. It didn’t matter where we were in the hotel it was the same. I give the staff at the front desk a 12 out of 10 as they went above and beyond every time we saw them. Definitely recommend this stay

Many things were lacking on our recent trip from Oct 12-14. First the bathroom doors locks automactially and you have to pull the handle upwards and not downwards to open it which is truly strange, very low water pressure from the bathroom sink, cold water comes in very delayed, no laundry facilties, very noise and hard to sleep because of the freeway across the hotel, the heater didn’t work, when they did house cleaning they only brought up one body towel even though we were a family of four and placed it on top of the toilet tank very unsanitary, tv remote didn’t work. I wish I could have gotten a refund for our stay. Very disappointed.

Me tocó el baño sucio pedí que lo limpiaran 4 veces y nunca hicieron nada, por lo tanto tuve que pedir mi salida y requiero mi reembolso
