Our room had a leak in ceiling and made carpet really wet. Room smelled like old misty carpet.
There was garbage from room throughout the hotel and dirty linen. The staff was friendly but didn’t seem too concerned about issues. The positive is the shower was full stream.
I just thought for the price it would have been worth it. Huge price tag for a week stay no maid service, had to always ask to get tp
Rooms seemed outdated
Would not go back.

Brian, I'm sorry for the issue with the leak. I appreciate you letting us know about your concerns. Our maintenance team has solved the leak problem and we've spoken with the housekeeping department regarding the garbage and linen left in the hallways. We ask our guests to only put these items out during the hours of 8am-3pm so that we can collect them and keep the halls clean. Unfortunately, people don't always respect that and left things out during hours we didn't have someone here to go around to pick them up.

David, we do have a dedicated person assigned to pick up those items daily. We've asked our guests to leave items out to be picked up between the hours of 8am-3pm each day so that we can wash the linen and throw out the trash. That's why the items were in the hallway but they were also picked up daily.

The hotel is very welcoming, and has a warm feeling. Every aspect of is VERY clean, and well maintained. The staff if very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The person who checked us in, Mark Angeli, appeared to be real busy, and under pressure, but delivered like a champ. Got us the room we wanted, and hand delivered the bedding we needed for our daughter. This was late in the evening, and we saw him again in the morning delivering towel at the pool. He’s amazing!
The pool area has a big fire pit with lots of comfortable seating, a big grassy area, and two bbq grills. Everything’s spaced out just right. The property is surrounded by tall trees, and feels like a nice getaway. Will definitely be coming here again!
