This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in our life. So dirty. The shower curtain was stunk so bad we had to change a new one..because there was no house keeping available. Front desk said house keeping only available once a week. Then we found out our bathtub was blocked the water didn’t drain.
After that, I found a bug/carpet Beatle on my pillow. It was soo disgusting. We also found a mouse trap under the bed. Highly NOT recommended!!!!
Pictures looks so nice online but this hotel is so dirty.

We're very disappointed that you didn't enjoy your experience here. Normally, our housekeeping team is right on point with their room quality and I apologize if they fell short this time. We do use Orkin for monthly pest control and they will occasionally bait a room for minor pests, but I can assure you that we don't have mousetraps in the rooms because we've never had mice in our rooms.

More cleanliness

We were only there for one night but were not comfortable using the kitchen.

Thank you for your comments and for letting us know your concerns. The stains on the refrigerator are not because they are dirty but because they have rust in some areas. We are anticipating replacing that when we renovate later this year.
