This is a ground floor home of a duplex property. The upstairs unit is also a rental; upstairs noise may be heard from time to time.
San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Neighborhood Notes:
Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Cutest neighborhood near the beach!

Enjoyed a weekend here with girlfriends! The beds were comfy and we loved having three bathrooms. The neighborhood is so cute and an easy walk to the beach and bay. Property managers were super responsive when we reached out with questions. We couldn't get the fire pit to work which was a bummer.

Great place to stay with family

My family and I spent 4 days in this rental over fall break. We had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, so we were able to make all of our meals. It's very spacious, so there was plenty of room for all 5 of us to be comfortable. It was easy to get to ocean side of Mission to enjoy the beach, but located on the bay side, so a bit quieter. I would definitely recommend for families.

Wonderful home

We stayed here with our adult children and one grandchild. The house is in a great location and very convenient to either Mission Bay or the ocean. There are a lot of great food options nearby, and the Mission Market was well stocked for random items we forgot. The house had everything we needed for cooking in a few times, as well as more than enough items like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap (many places just furnish the bare minimum, but we didn't run out of anything the entire week!). The outside patio was lovely and we spent a lot of time there. The fire pit was a nice touch and the grill worked great. There were only two small issues. First, the master bed makes very loud creaking/groaning noises when you move or roll over, which isn't that big of a deal but a little annoying. Second, the parking is pretty tight, but that is the case everywhere in Mission Beach. Neither of these things would keep us from staying here again, just for information purposes. The property manager responded promptly to all requests and I would highly recommend this home!!!

Great house. Great location. We really enjoyed it.

The house was just as it looked in the pictures. Clean & well maintained. It was less than a minute walk to the beaches on either side (bay or ocean). Lots of beach toys in the garage. Our kids absolutely loved it. And the BBQ & A/C worked great. If I had to be picky, the only thing that proved difficult was fitting a mini-van inside the garage. It's very tight. But we got it in there. Just make sure to fold your side view mirrors in. And the next door neighbor REALLY doesn't like it if you pull in front of her walkway near the garage. But after she made a few colorful comments from her balcony, she went back into her place. No big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

everything about this property was great. I contacted the property management to see if we could store our luggage in the garage before check-in time as our flights arrived that morning and we couldn’t take our luggage along to the activities we planned. I didn’t get a response, otherwise they hit five stars in the other categories. Great proximity to the beach, there were beach chairs, boogie boards,, beach toys and towels provided. Loved the grill, fire pit and furniture on the patio. We definitely would stay there again and recommend it to larger families

Truly Bayside!!

We enjoyed the waterfront/Bay activity from our sitting area & dining room. Glass wall of windows retract to allow the breeze in! The kitchen was well stocked for 6 adults, good quality bedding, a bath for each bedroom. Quiet spot with quick access to all of San Diego.

Perfect vacation spot

Our 5 person family had plenty of space to spread out here during our 3 days. Awesome outdoor patio w/table - love the hanging lights at night! (although we couldn't get the gas fire pit to light). Short walk to beach and bay, and it was really nice to have beach towels w/ a couple chairs and a canopy tent. Parking was interesting for our big SUV, but two lots are both within .5 mile. Short walk to the local market, coffee place, and a couple restaurants - definitely try Sara's takeout Mexican! Highly recommend this place for a family.

50th Birthday Staycation

Place was overall clean, Amy was very responsive and attentive, property has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs which were not mentioned in the advertising (we bought some and didn’t need to) parking garage very very slim but perfect spot to unload your car at, parking on the weekend is very much a challenge on the streets and the local beach parking lot locked the gate and couldn’t get car out till following morning. So be aware of parking signs. Beds are comfortable, bed linen and pillows were perfect, we would stay here again. Unfortunately weather did not permit our planned activities however we made the best of it.

5 friends enjoyed the location and set up in this property. About 30 second walk to Mission Bay and 2 minutes to Pacific Ocean. The property was comfortable and the open great room, kitchen and dining area was comfortable and opened to the nice patio. The attached garage was smaller but fit our minivan fine and still left 10’ behind. Will consider this townhome again in the future and I recommend it to others. Thank you.

South Mission Beach getaway

Great experience for my visiting brother and niece and their teens. We will make this a regular event. Everyone had their own space, condo was perfect! They loved bay and ocean options. Belmont Park was a blast just watching all the people. Kids did Plunge the last day. What a treat. My 14 years blind niece had the time of her life with her cousins leading her through the par course on the water!!! We appreciate this vacation option. Everything went so smooth.
