Bedroom one has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. This room also has a makeup/dress vanity where you can relax and get ready for your day.

Bedroom two also has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. This room has a sofa pull-out bed as well. The sheets and pillows for the sofa bed are conveniently located in the closet along with a foam mattress topper for some added comfort.

The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. There is also a Kuerig coffee maker along with some coffee and creamer to get you started.

The living room has stylish seating for you to relax and watch Netflix or YouTube if you desire. There’s a guitar for you to strum your favorite tune, don’t worry if you don’t know how to play there is a guitar buddy connected that allows one-button chord application.

Open the French doors all the way and enjoy indoor/outdoor living style. The backyard has super comfy couches and a propane fire pit for you to enjoy. We have propane bottles you can use to exchange at the local market that is only 0.3 miles away. Enjoy the BBQ grill while you play Cornhole or TikiToss.

The house is equipped with high speed internet (500 Mbps)!

There are two bicycles in the outside closet for you to ride around and enjoy the local neighborhood.

A portable Air Conditioning unit is in the closet of one of the rooms if you need it (very infrequently needed).

This is a very clean and clutter-free house.

We are excited for you to come stay in our property!

We do have a noise monitoring system in the living room. This monitoring system only monitors level of noise does not record.

Walk to the heart of South Park or take an Uber/Lyft to anywhere in San Diego.

Our place is a duplex and only shares one wall.

Long weekend with two families
We visited over President's Day weekend and enjoyed this property. It is tucked into a very cute neighborhood with many neighbors. We enjoyed walking to nearby canyons and coffee shops and restaurants. Street parking was very easy and the location was very convenient. We ate out and got take out during our stay-- the kitchen is not fully equipped with enough silverware/plates/coffee maker but had the necessities to get us through. The outdoor space was great, although there was no propane for the fire table and we didn't bother to get it refilled. The kids enjoyed running and playing cornhole in the yard. Bedrooms are small but fine for a city apartment, and the water pressure in the shower is great! It was a great home base for us during our 4 nights in SD!

Decent place, don’t recommend in winter
Don’t recommend in winter time especially with toddlers/kids. The house was freezing when we got in and there were no instructions in guide for a heater. We had to buy a 60 room heater that kept tripping the power when trying to use in certain spots. The host never replied again after we said it looked like the house heater wasn’t lit and we don’t know how to use it. Not the most comfortable experience when trying to stay warm and keep a toddler warm and happy. The house and backyard itself was nice but it is hard to find from the street after you park since you can’t see it from streetview. Thankfully, a nice neighbor happened to notice us and let us know where it is. Overall, would be way better in warmer time of year since the guide has instructions for a/c and extra fans but not in the winter.

Would never stay here again. Place was falling apart, not a stand alone property--connected to several other units. The inside was a mess. Towel bars fell off wall, tray and garbage can in bathroom were rusted, water pressure in kitchen sink and bathroom not good,sliding mirror closet doors were not in the track, TV remote taped together, the washer/dryer which was outside was filthy--covered in dirt and cob webs (went to laundromat in town), no dishwasher, toaster was broken and a mess, only 3 forks in drawer, no kitchen table to eat at--only a wood board and 3 stools along an inside wall. The backyard barbecue was also filthy and covered with rust had not been cleaned in a long time. One small wall heater for entire unit and it was covered with dust (gross). Guess you get the idea.

Everything was as expected. The adjoining neighbor was loud in the morning and did not follow the rules for laundry, making it a bit frustrating. But overall a very quiet neighborhood that was walkable to food, drink and other activities.

We were allowed a late check in due to travel restrictions. Unit is exactly located as advertised. Everything we planned to do was within 20-30 minutes away. Parking was fine. Beds were firm and in acceptable conditions. Back yard was great, neighbors were mostly quiet. We would stay here again.

Fantastic property
We were in short term need of a place due to our condo not being ready in SD. Four of us (wife and two kids) stayed here for five nights. Although it is small, it is extremely efficient with plenty of outdoor space. The neighborhood is great. Nice walking streets and great restaurants nearby. Philip was very communicative and answered any and all questions in a timely fashion. Do not miss this place

Everything was just as described with check in and out being super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor space was perfect. We loved South Park area and found great spots for breakfast each day. It was easy to get to highways and tourist spots from this sweet house. I highly recommend!

Home visit
I came home from Japan to visit and came across this home. Philip made was readily accessible anytime I messaged him. The house was great, I really enjoyed the back yard. This place was very close to down town (10 min drive). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host Philip.

We enjoyed the proximity to parks, the zoo, downtown, soccer stadium, the airport, etc. The host was great to deal with. The property needs some tlc. The awning in the yard which shows in the picture was lying on the ground, there was no tray for the dish rack, the bedroom closet door was off the slider and the cabinet under the TV in the living room was partly broken. You'll need to be able to sign in to your own streaming services and there's no live TV. These are minor details and as such we were overall pleased with our 3 nights here.

Great property. Bath towels were a little scarce but sufficient for 2. Heating instructions were absent and when contacted the host we could not turn on the pilot after given instructions, there was no response. Overall fantastic place snd would stay there again!

We spent most of our time at the Marine recruit depot which was about a 10 minute drive. Restaurants and store were close and easy to find. We were able to park right out front each night! Comfortable beds!

Family Getaway
We stayed for 3 nights with our two boys aged 8 and 6. The location was very walkable to some amazong restaurants and the neighbourhood was friendly. Anything outside of the neighborhood was about 10-15 drive depending on traffic. Philip was responsive immediately when I had some questions. All of the essentials on the property are cleaned and well maintained however the place is not white glove clean (ie dust bunnies under the beds etc). Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The location was a cute, quiet, clean space with a lovely backyard and plenty of attractions nearby. There was a little issue with us trying to figure out how one of the TVs worked but the manager was there quickly with an email to resolve the problem.

Great stay in South Park
We had a great time in South Park. What a great community was fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, breweries, etc. Philip's communication was excellent, he was quick to respond to inquires and checked in (via email) during our stay. The house was lovely - it had everything we needed for our short stay in South Park.
