Our stay was a horrible experience! Our room smelled of dope. We requested 2 extra bath towels as there were only 2 in the room and four adults. The front desk refused our request as there wasn’t anyone available from housekeeping when we checked in. The breakfast was a joke. They don’t even have a toaster and loaf of bread! We requested daily room service for our four day scheduled stay. Our room was NEVER CLEANED during our entire stay. Our experience was so bad that we changed our travel plans so that we checked out a day early. We also cancelled all of our remaining Super 8 bookings (5 days worth) and completely changed to another hotel chain. Also, we had to make all of our itinerary changes from the hotel lobby as the Wifi didn’t work. Overall a TERRIBLE experience!!!!

The front desk staff is very unknowledgeable. The rooms are rundown and the elevators have a bad odor. The one okay amenity was the breakfast area. The lady in there was nice & it was clean. I asked to shorten my stay by 1 night 28 hours in advance & was told has to be approved by a manager. I called multiple times & emailed to no avail. I was charged all 3 nights. Next time I’ll pay more & stay somewhere better. Super 8’s are franchised owned, that’s why they can treat their guests in such a way! Please avoid this hotel!

First time I’ve ever stayed anywhere that had no king beds. But breakfast was good and location was convenient.

I call to report that toilet wasn’t working, receptionist said she will have it fix, I went out, come back, not working , I couldn’t use the toilet! It was clean, but it didn’t flush
