Parking spot is a blessing!
Publié le 8 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a nice little beach house in a quiet neighborhood. It is comfortable and conveniently located near Mission Bay and the beach. It was great for our girls week at the beach. The biggest plus is having the parking space right behind the unit. This is a typical beach community where parking can be difficult. The kitchen is adequately supplied including dishes for children. Spices are very limited so bring your own. We used mostly premade meals. The appliances were a little difficult to figure out but we did find the owners manual for them. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and would consider coming back. Make note that the rental agreement doesn’t allow for visitors other than those registered so don’t plan on inviting any other company over.

High quality, good price

The neighborhood is quiet, laundry was free, beds comfortable, kitchen was fairly well stocked, there were two smart TV's, the place was clean and tastefully decorated; it's close to the bay and not so far to the beach either. They offer free bikes and beach gear--both pretty beat up but usable. I'd stay here again.
