Soggiorno incantevole

Siamo stati 15 giorni con la mia famiglia. Per chi ama il Circeo questa villa è incantevole. La posizione a 300 metri dal mare, super spaziosa, una cucina grande e attrezzata. Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente , scelta top.

Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana in famiglia. La casa é davvero spaziosa e a pochi passi dal mare. ll grande giardino munito di giochi é stato perfetto per i bambini. Casa grande e ben equipaggiata, con fantastico giardino, ideale per famiglie con bambini

La villa di Roberto ci e' piaciuta moltissimo, pulita, grande e ben attrezzata.Giardino meraviglioso, buona posizione, 5 min dal mare a piedi. Nei dintorni, piccolo fruttivendolo, molto utile. Roberto ha sempre risposto immediatamente ed e' stato sempre molto genitle, some sua sorella Crisitina che si e' occupata del check-in/check-out. In tutto un soggiorno meraviglioso, abbiamo goduto bellissime giornate alla spiaggia. Grazie infinte a Roberto e Cristina. Un caro slauto da Erika e Michael

Una bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in famiglia. La casa è grande e ben attrezzata, il giardino è piacevolissimo per giocare con i bambini. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla spiaggia e non distante dai negozi. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Beautiful House with a huge garden

We have been in san felice for one week. All together we were 6 adults and 3 kids. it was a beautiful trip also because of this great house. We had enough space for all of us and the kids could play in this great garden. also the renter was a great person and helped as with all our questions. so i think we will come back on our next trip to italy thanks

Nice, spacious house [schönes, geräumiges Haus]

Very properly facilitated, but older house, ideal for the big family. Ca. 3 min to the beach by foot, ca 5 min by car to the nice centre of San Felice Circeo. In April it is very calm and day temperature varies between 16 and 23 degree Celsius. On colder days you are in need of the interior open fire place, since there is no central heating. Nice owner that could be contacted via tel. at any time. Good place to be for day trips to Rome (ca. 1h) and Naples (ca. 2.5h) Sehr gut ausgestattetes, älteres Haus, ideal für die große Familie. Ca. 3 min zu Fuss zum Strand und ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto in den Ortskern von San Felice Circeo. Im April ist es noch sehr ruhig dort und die Tagestemperaturen schwanken zwischen 16 und 23 Grad; An kälteren Tagen braucht man den offenen Kamin, da keine Zentralheizung vorhanden ist. Nette Vermieter, die immer telefonisch erreichbar waren, Hausübergabe war problemlos. Man kann von dort auch sehr gut Tagesauslüge nach Rom (ca. 1 h) & Neapel (2,5 h) machen.

A great house with very good location and perfect outdoor area

We spend a brilliant week in this nice house. The orners were very nice and helpful. The house is perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is very child-friendly and not crowded (beginning of July) The house and the garden was a great base for two families (three adults and four kids) with plenty of room. Visits to the old part of San Felice, Mount Circeo and the beaches in the national park made good small trips. We would love to return to borh the house and the area. Thank you for a great week.
