HOLIDAY HOUSE "AGNES"

The apartment is located in the center of "Portese" which is a fraction of San Felice, my structure is also made interesting by the nearby Lake Garda (500m): you can visit beautiful places such as the Isle of Garda mail just 600 meters from the shore.
From the port of Portese which is only about 500m from the hotel you can embark on ferries or boats to visit the Lake Garda.
And for lovers of fine cuisine you can see beautiful olive groves and vineyards and taste of excellent quality oil and wine.
In Portese there are also restaurants that allow you to eat excellent fish from our lake.
Available for a fee € 8.00 = per day a garage not included in the price on request 200 meters from the house.
Laundry service available for a fee 5 euros per day, for more information contact the owner.

Great apartment good location
The apartment was great, well equipped, very clean and comfortable The location was good and easily accessible to the shops, lake, and port There were several restaurants and shops close by, free parking and good security arrangements

Lovely place close to lake garda
We as a family of five hade a lovely time staying at this property. Very well cleaned and had everything we needed. The location is close to lake garda, walking distance to the lake and some restaurants. Not so much tourist stuff nearby but easy access to surronding areas.

Nous avons passé 3 jours à Portese. Il y a de belles balades à faire autour du lac, je vous conseille la ville de Sirmone. Marita vous accueille avec des produits qu'elle a fait maison, des pâtes et du vin, c'est top lorsque vous arrivez tard. Vous pouvez vous garer à proximitė du logement pour décharger vos valises, ensuite vous pouvez garer votre voiture sur un parking public à 5 minutes à pied mais très tranquille et sans risque.La petite salle de sport est super et le jacuzzi agréable pour les belles soirées d été. Le logement est très propre et calme et la clim au top, les lits sont confortables et en 160 dans la chambre parentale. Il y a un fil à linge si vous voulez laver votre linge à la main.Merci à vous ...

Sauberer und gemütlicher Aufenthalt
Wir waren für 7 Tagen in der Ferienunterkunft Die Begrüßung war klasse. Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung Pasta mit Tomatensoße, Wein uvm. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war außerordentlich gut. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alle Zimmer und allgemein die Räume waren alle Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen in dem Zimmern haben vorallem nachts ein komfortables Schlafgefühl gegeben. Der Strand ist ein kleinen Fußmarsch entfernt und die Resteraunts in der Nähe sind okay. Der Pool hat dem ganzen noch einen Touch von Wellness vermittelt und man konnte sich gut entspannen/erholen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft

Nette Ferienwohnung im Ortskern
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wohnraum gut dimensioniert für uns als fünfköpfige Familie. Erwähnenswert ist, dass das dritte Zinner mit Bad keinen direkten Wohnungsanschluss hat. Es ist über den Balkon erreichbar. Kann für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern ausschlaggebend sein. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, viel Dekoration, die nach unserer Ankunft zunächst „kindersicher“ verortet werden musste. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen ist klasse. Durchweg ein sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, Den Wirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Parksituation ist etwas aufwendig - direkt zum entladen kann in der Nähe 30 Min geparkt werden (enge Einbahnstraße), das Fahrzeug muss danach in einer Nebenstraße abgestellt werden, oder auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz ca 200m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Extremely relaxing short trip
We had a very enjoyable stay in this beautiful apartment. Marieta and Francesco were great hosts. Communication was clear and from the start everything was perfectly organised. A simple click on the link in the ad led to a perfect route in Google Maps. A simple phone call before our arrival and our hosts met us in the street in front of the apartment. The beautiful apartment lies in the backyard of a typical Italian building and captured us with its high-quality interior, the fitness room and the working PS3 for the kids (12,14), the free and fast Wi-Fi and the different TV-programmes in all languages. Our hosts even had prepared a little welcome present with regional wine and pasta, just for the case we wouldn't find a restaurant in their extensive list. We can only recommend this location and the beautiful area! Although the weather was not perfect ( end of October!), we had a real great time. Thanks Marieta and Francesco, it was a great time, we're looking forward to visiting you again!

Schöner Familienurlaub am Gardasee
Wir, zwei Erwachsene mit drei "Kindern" (15/14/4) haben uns hier sehr gut erholt. Durch die Anzahl der Zimmer und zwei vorhandene Bäder kamen sich auch bei der Körperpflege nicht in die Quere, ein nicht unerheblicher Faktor bei einem Familienurlaub. Die vorhandene Ausstattung eignet sich für die vollständige Selbstversorgung, wobei natürlich auch die Pizzerias in der Umgebung gut dafür genutzt werden können. Der Whirlpool ist etwas überchlort, bietet aber Abends und mit anschließender Dusche eine willkommene Entspannung. Der zwar steinige aber mit entsprechender Fußbekleidung (Strand/Surfschuhe) zu begehende Abschnitt des Gardasees ist nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht und lädt zum Sonnen- als auch baden im Wasser ein. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist ein Super Komfort und war uns bei Temperaturen um die 30° Grad sehr willkommen. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war teilweise etwas holprig, Italienisch gehört (noch) nicht zu den Fremdsprachen, die wir auch nur annähernd beherrschen, aber trotzdem konnte man sich verständigen. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht, liegt günstig und die Vermieter sind super freundlich und kümmern sich um alles. Sogar die Handtücher werden gewechselt.
