Publié le 28 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayMy family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of views of the ocean. Check in was easy but finding the house was really hard, its off a small dirt road so we ended up getting lost a few times. Advice for anyone renting this home, after you check-in the drive is about 20-30 minutes to the house. Once you see a big white sign for Villa Marina Rv the small dirt road is coming up on your left before you hit the turn. You'll see a wooden sign almost like a cross and you'll head all the way down the road to get to the house. Also bring a sand wagon to help carry all your stuff down to the beach. I promise you you'll want to stay all day on the beach nothing beats that view. The water is a perfect temperature from dusk til dawn so its perfect for all ages. My family and I had a great vacation. Doug was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing Vacation
Publié le 8 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayVery big and beautiful vacation home. We had a really relaxing weekend. The only downside is that there is no paved road to house and no running water. When we did call for water tank to get refilled, maintenance arrived pretty quick.

Thank you for visiting. To clarify, the development has a hard-pan clay road to the house. All roads are paved to the development. The house does have running water! Water is delivered to the house because it's better quality than the development well water. There are 2 storage tanks that hold 2,000 gallons. Refill instructions are noted in the house instructions.

Awesome Relaxing Getaway!
Publié le 21 nov. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe property was beautiful and the fact I could just walk maybe 20-30 yards and relax on the beach and even do a little fishing. I felt like I had my own private beach no crowds at all. Definitely fun to bring some sand toys. Property management was excellent about ensuring the water tank was full (never even came close to running out). House was clean and spacious everyone was very comfortable. Hope to stay again.
