Great Memorial Day Getaway.
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWorked great for 2 families, 4 adults and 6 kids ages 17-12 very secure, only issue was bathroom jacuzzi tub was out of service and there is no washer dryer so bring plenty of beach towels.

Great potential, lot's of issues
Publié le 12 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayNice location but property is fraught with issues that could be taken care of relatively easily, but are not like bed bugs, broken stuff (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, range hood, master bathtub), no wifi in master, indoor pool not heated and also not circulating through pump.

OJ, Thank you for your stay. I appreciate your feedback. We understand that there are a few things that need to be updated. The refrigerator has been checked and is working just fine. So, I'm not sure why this reference. Your mention of the toaster and microwave and range is new to us so we will of course check into this and make repairs or replacements if necessary. We have checked repeatedly before your arrival and today and I assure you THERE ARE NO BEDBUGS! But there are lots of mosquitos now. Your suggestion that there are is not a fair statement.
The wi-fi is brand new . There have been no complaints since its installation until you. You're right, the pool is not heated, never said it was. Its hot in San Felipe. The pool is filtering and circulating today so not sure what you mean. As far as the master bath tub we will have to check into it but haven't heard this from anyone before you. Sorry our place did not meet your expectations.

Great beach house
Publié le 4 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed this location. It has comfortable beds and is very spacious. Only setback is that none of the windows have blinds so it gets very bright, very early in the morning. The indoor pool is neat but can't use until summer as it wasn't heated. Also parking is a bit tight as the garage is not available to clients.
