They gave us the wrong bangalô. Unfinished, half painted. Lots of wires around property, no hot water. I was back and forth with the concierge and nothing got done until i told her I was going to contact management. It took about four hours for her to move us to another unity, which was so dirty and dusty. We had to clean it ourselves. It ruined my family vacation to celebrate my nieces birthday. They came all the way from Brazil to have this awful experience. We would never go back there or recommend it to anyone.

We did everything we could to please Marcelia, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough. A day before her arrival, she informed us that her daughter needed a companion pet, so we accepted it and even waived the pet deposit for her. On the day of her arrival, there was a hot water issue, and despite explaining to her that it was almost impossible to have super warm water in all of our baths due to the cold season and explaining how to used them, we went beyond by bringing more heaters to the property to make them feel warm.During the process of improving the hot water issue, they called us many times, and were rude and demanding. They claimed they had booked a 4-bedroom property, but got a 3-bedroom one instead. We sent them the receipt to show what they had actually booked, but they kept insisting on a bigger and more expensive house that they hadn't paid for.We explained that we would provide them with the bigger house as a sign of courtesy, but it would take some time as the house was not ready, and a sandstorm had also occurred earlier. They kept demanding to move immediately, and so our team was patient and moved with them to the other property. They did not have any inconvenience at all on this house.We called them and followed up on them, but sometimes, for this kind of customer, nothing is enough.

The one nice thing about staying here was the view. The house was big with enough rooms and beds for my entire party; however, there were many downsides. Don Rafael, the person to greet us and open the main gate for us was very unfriendly and rude. When entering the community, he didn’t warn us the gate auto closed and the gate hit my trailer, breaking our light and scratching our trailer. He expected for us to know this. How? The manager sent to resolve this, had no resolution and as Don Rafael, not friendly at all. He said, they would call us but they never did. That was just the start of our stay. The house had a lot of bugs/insects. It was exaggerating the amount of bugs there were. We literally had to walk around them, trying to dodge them inside and outside the house. We also found a dead rat floating in the pool. Disgusting. When we left the house for a ride, they took a bag of trash and another bag with recyclables that we had been collecting, but they had the audacity to leave a full trash can with trash. The kitchen AC does not function, it needs maintenance, along with a lot of details around the house. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this rental house again.

The house was amazing, very confortable and clean, we found everything we need in the kitchen to prepare food, bedrooms and restrooms were clean and confortable. The access to the beach it was a little complicated for the old members of my family however there are few free beaches near and we decided to go there with the cars and explore the area. The sea was warm and very clean as well. I recommend this place. (Some areas in the complex are still in development and construction but it doesn't affect the quiet environment) Mr. Rafael was very attentive from the beginning and he provided the access key for the front gate and a radio to be in contact with him if any other request or needs, available 24 hours.

This property will be beautiful. Don’t be fooled though, this property is not ready to be rented- Back doors taped shut, only 1 bathroom with hot water, pool with 1/2” of sand just to name a few. You would think being advertised as a “resort”, it would at least have toilet paper - nope. Make sure you bring everything- cleaning supplies, broom, soap, shampoo. This place is a sham and should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia. Oh yeah- and the private path to the beach - 150’ sand hill with some concrete steps that are falling apart. I would definitely not rent this place- ruined our Spring Break.

Hello, in response to your comments the property most definitely comes equipped with toilet paper, shampoo, soap and all of the essentials. What occurred is your stay was longer than a week and without daily cleaning service we are unable to know you were running low. This property does sit on elevated ground above sea level. To access the beach you may ride down on an ATV ( ATV's available to rent on site) or walk down the staircase. The hot water is working perfect, after inspecting your claim we discovered a guest had changed the settings on the water heater. Lastly, with regards to the pool with ocean view, if there is a sand storm we cannot guarantee a pool without sand. But we understand this desert and ocean front scenery is not for everyone.
