We traveled all the way from Florida USA, our first room didn’t have any electricity, staff was very kind to move us to another room, but it smelt like an ashtray, I was told they were going to spray the whole, so I said okay, but upon waking up the next day I was bitten by bed bugs( it was disgusting) my back was all red from bed bugs bite. So the supervisor moved us to an executive room with no extra charge, and this room had a jacuzzi and all but it has mildew all around the tub, just couldn’t wait for my 6 days stay there.
The owner of this hotel needs to a lot of renovating to their properties.
The staff though were amazingly incredible to us. They all deserved a raised.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel receptionist give me a smoking room. When my arrival at the hotel , they have bo ideal about the online booking and i been waiting about half hours. I didn't get any notice about the room environment. They just simply select a room for me where the room looks like under renovation which the washroom have water on floor
