This beautiful, cozy and well furnished, this 2 bedrooms in-law unit has plenty of natural light, and is located in a nice quiet house in the Sunset/Parkside district. Recently updated, very clean and bright. The bedrooms are furnished with a new queen and full size beds, and has plenty of closet space. Fresh linens and towels (for 2 beds with 4 guests) are provided for your comfort and convenience. If you need an additional bedding for the futon there is a charge of $20 a day for the duration of the reservation. Sorry, the laundry is not available for short terms rental of 7 nights or less.
The apartment has an open dining/living room floor plan. Electrical cook-top, sorry no oven. Refrigerator, microwave,
toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher and all you may need for comfortable stay. In the living room you will find a comfy futon and a large flat screen TV. Hi-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.
The location of the apartment is quite safe and convenient. It is close to public
transportation, only 1 block away from the Taraval MUNI line which will take you directly
to downtown, or to the beach in the opposite direction. If you come by car, free street
parking is easy to find. No parking permit is required. It is residential part of the city and
all houses around are single family homes so the density is not as high as in multifamily residents neighborhoods. Please check the street cleaning signs before you park your car.
The apartment has separate entrance. Both Hi-Ways 101 and 280 are nearby. There are many stores, restaurants, and several shopping plazas a few blocks away, and Stern Grove is just around the corner.
