Chambres et personnels au top, seul problème indépendant des personnes de l’hôtel, la rue mal fréquentée actuellement et le bruit (même cause).
Sinon très bien

Établissement Niquel mais trop de drogue et malheureusement de sans abris devant, impossible de sortir le soir avec des enfants

Le personnel courtois et attentionnés. La nourriture excellente et la chambre très propre.
L’emplacement dans le quartier. Il y avait beaucoup d’itinérants, peu de restaurants et on entendait crier la nuit, il y avait beaucoup de bruit.

Beaucoup de SDF dans la rue mais pas de problème particulier durant notre séjour.
Pour un super breakfast , allez chez Brenda’s French Soul Food, au carrefour Eddy Street et Polk Street (à 50 m de l’hotel )

Hôtel moyen mais reste acceptable.

This hotel is non refundable because once you get there you won't want to stay and when you ask for a refund they can't and won't. After raising the concern of not feeling safe due to people right outside the hotel screaming all night I was told oh well this is San Francisco. They were rude and unhelpful. We checked out early with a refund and had to pay for another hotel. There is limited parking on site somid you are there late you will have to park on the street outside where locals they warn you about have access to you car. DO NOT RECOMMEND
