This hotel is not really up to Marriott standards and ridiculously expensive for what you get. Check-in was okay, but I had a two night stay, and never got any maid service. (That's the reason for the very low cleanliness star rating.) Flashing light from a smoke detector right over the bed was super irritating and made sleep difficult. It would have been nice to use the pool more, but on second night a bunch of teens were canon-ball style jumping into it and creating all kinds of noise. Staff in the bistro were friendly and food was okay there, but the menu options are pretty limited, and there are no other restaurants (or any other conveniences) in the immediate neighborhood. Walls are thin and could hear people in room next to mine. Double-paned windows keep out most but not all of the freeway and street/garage noise. And they charge you a hefty $20 a day for parking! On check-out was not even asked "how was your stay." Would definitely not go back to this hotel.

I have taken my emotional support dog before and never charged me. This time she charged me $150. My dtr. Arrived an hour later and had her dog with her in her arms and they never even mentioned it and did not charge her. Also, the cafe/bistro tables were dirty when we had breakfast the first morning, even though there were very few patrons. The 2nd morning, they were short staffed and the woman who stepped in was unfriendly, unaware of what was going on around her. We waited in line 20 minutes or more. I was very disappointed tbis stay. The rooms and hotel itself were still nice and clean and comfortable.
