I came out the front door just as the airport shuttle closed the door. The driver would not let me on because he said he had to stay on schedule and I would have to catch the next shuttle in 15 minutes. In the time it took him to explain this I could have gotten on the shuttle and he would have still been on time. I don’t think 30 seconds is going to make much difference. This is extremely poor customer service. I will most likely stay somewhere else next time.

The facility appeared to be well kept. What I appreciated most was the lobby staff. The wait staff were great. They made sure I was comfortable and my dining needs were to my satisfaction. The young man and lady at the desk in the morning were very helpful and did what they could to get me in a room as soon as possible. They were pleasant and attentive. I really like the warm cookie I received when I checked in. It is a nice touch and made me feel appreciated.

Staff was great. Transport to and from airport was good. Enjoyed restaurant, but would be nice to have some options. Easy to walk along the bay despite not being bayfront. For the price it exceeded expectations - which Double Tree always seems to do. :) Only opportunity is to offer early morning breakfast options - had to leave for airport at 5:00 - a danish and coffee would been awesome.

Wonderful stay.
The hotel was very busy on Thanksgiving weekend. Lots of pilots and flight attendants stay here, which I take as a good sign. The check in man was wonderful and gave us a lovely room overlooking San Francisco Bay. Hotel was quiet and the room darkening shades were the best! The only thing I wasn't aware of was the $33 per day parking fee. I was surprised to see that fee upon check-out. It wasn't mentioned at check-in. The parking lot was an outdoor lot. It wasn't like the cars were in a covered garage with security.
