Reception gave us a key for the wrong room (310 vs. 210), which led us to open a room that was occupied by someone. So that was awkward. That and only one elevator was working, which I was told by another guest that it had been that way for sometime. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely be back.

This was our 2nd time staying here after taking our daughter to college.USF. I love that it's not too far from the city of SF, but yet away to where don't feel the traffic and congestion of people and cars of the city, quiet residential area. I love the area and homes around. I would stay again.

Very good 4-star Express

We liked this IHG Holiday Inn Express but we would like to make a few suggestions for a better experience. The beds are very comfortable and we thought the room was laid out nicely. The refrigerator makes a lot of noise and it kept waking up my wife during the night. Please buy a new one! The TV was a 32" Sharp flat screen, had only 720p and was probably 10 years old. Please buy Samsung or LG 40" 1080p flat screens, you can get them at Costco for $300. The included breakfast was erratic, it was mediocre on Saturday but they were better on Sunday. FYI, the scrambled eggs (Sat.) were overcooked but the mini-omelettes with cheese (Sunday) were great. Aside from these minor annoying things, we enjoyed our stay here.
