Lots of differente dining options in the immediate area. The planes could be heard, but it stopped and didn't start again till after we were awake. Good price. The airport shuttle isn't 24 hrs. service ,so check in advance if that is important to you. Nice enough for us, one night stay

Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend We stayed at this hotel recently and were very disappointed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, we checked in on time, but the gentleman at the front desk had a rude attitude, slammed our documents, and failed to explain the check-in process thoroughly. Later, when we returned with our rental car and asked whether we needed to register the vehicle or license plate, another front desk clerk also treated us poorly, displaying a lack of communication and dismissive behavior. While the bathroom in our unit was clean, the walls had numerous patch repairs that made the room feel poorly maintained. Additionally, the unit did not match the photos we saw on Travelocity, which was misleading. Overall, our stay was unpleasant due to the unprofessional staff and lackluster condition of the property. We would not recommend staying here.

My Expedia search indicated the hotel includes a free breakfast. Some time ago, they changed to only coffee in the morning. The Expedia link needs to be updated.

I've stayed at that property a couple of times already. They did a great job of renovating the common areas and the rooms. The folks there are nice. They explained that they had to stop offering free breakfast because they got bought up by a company that has kept the room rates low. Only downside is if you have a room on the busy road - that would be noisy. But most rooms are in the back or the interior. I will return...

The room was very clean and presentable. We were there for the night before an early flight. The location is ideal for this type of situation. Lots of nearby options for dinner. Very happy with our stay.

Great value hotel
Overnight stay for a long layover. Hotel has free airport SFO shuttle though not as frequent as some of the other bigger chains. However, room was clean, modern, with fridge and coffee maker. Description & pictures matches the place. I would stay there again.

While the room and hallways were clean and fairly well maintained, the room itself was very dark with inadequate lighting. There was a desk set up in the middle of the room, which was odd. There were only two paper coffee cups provided, and no glasses in the bathroom. We went to the lobby and all they could provide was 2 more paper cups. This was just a quick overnight stop after a late flight, so it wasn’t the end of the world…just not very inviting. Also, if I were traveling alone I would be wary of staying here. As we pulled into the parking garage there was a group of about 5 clearly intoxicated individuals cutting through the garage from the street. There was no presence of any type of security.

Room was very spacious and smelled/looked very clean and fresh. Parking was easy accessible. Check in was easy as well as checkout as front desk didn’t talk much and looked to be in a rush. But so far awesome hotel and very nice experience, will most likely like to stay again some day.
