Hotel did not meet my expectations. Looks great in the reviews and pics. Smelled somewhat musty. No cold water. Only steaming hot water in the shower. Toilet clogged. No phones in room. Had to call the outside line to get front desk. When the person on duty got to my room they handed me the plunger and walked away. Had to fix it myself. I cancelled the other three days I had reserved and got a room in another hotel.

The room was very clean, as was the property. My only complaint was the bed was a little more firm than my husband and I like but that is more of a personal preference.

Very close to SFO. Had shuttle available. Bed was comfortable. Coffee service in lobby was great. You will need to get breakfast elsewhere .

The hotel was extremely close to SFO and provided free covered parking. The hotel is an older property that has been renovated. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel was within walking distance of quite a few restaurants, making it quite convenient.

The hotel has a lovely face-lift, but comfort was lacking. There are very nice hardwood floors and room amenities. Personally, the bed was too firm and pillows were lumpy. Also, the shower didn’t appear to be cleaned. There was a leftover bar of soap with hair stuck to it and other hairs in the shower. My husband and I just spent one night there and really just needed a bed and bathroom, nothing fancy. This is just that. The hotel itself has two beautiful atriums letting in tons of light with updated furniture for sitting.

On the face of it, it's a airport hotel but it's sooo much more. Easy to get to the airport via the free shuttle and there are many great dining options with a walk or short drive. Did I mention that parking is also free. Plus the rooms are newly renovated. I'll be back here when I hit SF next time, thanks!

Very spacious and comfortable room. You may want to ask for a room on an upper floor b/c our room was traffic loud on the first floor. Lots of great restaurants within a block of the hotel, and grocery stores too.

Was originally excited to stay at this hotel from the photos it looks wonderful; my main issues were electrical; on my side of the bed the lights burnt out after only being on for 20mins they had wireless charging pads on either side neither of them worked. Our Tv was turning on and off while the microwave blew on the second go with a MICROWAVEABLE meal; on top of that when I complained to the front desk the guy there acted as if he had no idea what to do had us waiting on contacting his manager. Then once we were told we were going to get a different room we waited almost 2hrs; went to talk to the front desk again on what’s going on as we were told a specific time our new room would be ready, upon us returning to our original room housekeeping was told we were checked out and attempted to trash all of our food. On top of all is this I feel like we were “downgraded” because of legitimate concerns of faulty electricity. But overall it’s a decent place to sleep for the night.
