Hébergement charmant, très bon accueil et de bons conseils, bien placé et propose une place de parking inclus dans la location (pratique à San Francisco)

J'ai aimé l'emplacement pratique et la l'insonorité des chambres j'ai moins aimé la propreté de la chambre.

Déçu par cet hôtel, chambre à améliorer

Déçu par cet hôtel à San Francisco. Notre chambre au 3e étage sans ascenseur donnait sur une rue bruyante et était mal isolée. Nous avons eu froid car le chauffage soufflant faisait trop de bruit pour pouvoir être allumé la nuit et dormir correctement. Le ménage n’a été fait qu’une seule fois en six jours, et de manière très superficielle (poubelles vidées mais les draps n’ont pas été changés, la poussière à peine faite, aucune impression de « propre »). La femme de ménage a d’ailleurs mal refermé la porte derrière elle, faisant courir le risque que n’importe qui pénètre dans notre chambre en notre absence. L’aménagement intérieur semble avoir été réalisé par un bricoleur du dimanche. Par exemple, la porte coulissante de la salle de bains n’a pas de poignée et sort systématiquement de son rail, obligeant à forcer pour l’ouvrir et la fermer, et laissant courir le risque de rester coincé à l’intérieur de la pièce. Le store devant la fenêtre est cassé. La robinetterie et les équipements sont vieillots. Points positifs pour la réceptionniste sympathique et pour l’emplacement dans San Francisco, dans un quartier agréable et sécurisant.

There was no shower. Water was not connected to shower head was not connected. The owners or managers were not friendly. Advertised that parking was available not enough for number of rooms.

My party of 4 had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor (no elevator), both were clean. We were guests during a peak convention time so all the facilities were booked and VERY overpriced. I confirmed ahead of time via phone call to the motel that we would be able to store our baggage after checking out as we were going on a boat tour prior to departing to the airport andvwould not be able to bring our baggage. Upon check-out, the manager said the storage was full and we couldn't leave our bags. After a stressful 20 minute discussion to find a resolution, we were finally able to store our bags in the laundry room. When we retrieved our bags, the manager kindly offered water for our trip to the airport. My recommendation is to ask for a confirmation email if you have any special requests/requirements.

The building is painted nicely, so it looks good in the picture. And it is in a great location. But the hotel needed work. Most of the electrical outlets did not work. The lights in the room were super bright with no dimming or adjusting possible. The bedding was minimal--the thinnest possible "comforter." I asked for a blanket and they said they didn't have blankets. They also didn't have a water bottle fill station. They charge for "amenities" but there are no amenities. The office is creepy. There is so much they could improve! This was very, very basic.
