Perfect location. Cable cars stop near hotel. Close to restaurants, shops. Staff was first-rate. Room was comfortable. On-site restaurant is very good. Room rates were excellent for late October. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Extra charges I wasn’t aware of . Can’t get food anywhere around property after 12am . Long wait for valet. We were given keys to someone else’s room upon arrival. When phoning about extra charges guy was extremely rude.

Bel Hotel, très bien situé. Super service. Beau Lobby. Chambre Junior suite grande et bien aménagé. Par contre, mur en carton, on entends TOUT. Pomme de douche à 10 pieds dans les air et non deplacable donc difficile de prendre une bonne douche. Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Lumière dans la salle de bain s’allume au mouvement….donc durant la douche …la lumière s’éteint…désagréable.

Perfect location with Lori’s Diner across the road and Union Square at the end of the block. There is some stairs at the entry, good to note for carrying luggage! Quiet and unobtrusive.
