Emplacement : Super quartier pour les amateurs de shopping...
Nous avons été enchantes de notre déplacement dans cet hôtel ou nous avons séjourné 6 nuits. Une mention particulière au personnel du bar qui est excellent. Dans l'ensemble le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Le restaurant est plutôt bon, plutôt tendance fusion, avec une préférence pour les desserts (nous n'avons goute que le brunch, ou des petits plats le soir avec notamment une excellente soupe a l'oignon...). La chambre Deluxe au 4eme étage est calme, très confortable, et la salle de bain superbe.

Definitely not what the 5 stars or wonderful that this hotel was given. So many things was wrong with it. First at check in; they charged each person’s staying at the hotel $100 each for deposit as a 5 star hotel?. You pay for breakfast, and almost the air you breathe, parking charges is ridiculous. I couldn’t sleep, I could hear a dog barking all night from another room. Also, I was sneezing and coughing due to molds in the room, poor ventilation and the damp smell is so strong. You could hear other people talking so loud in the corridor, slamming the door etc. this hotel is suppose to be 3 star and was just Ok.

Staff at the front desk were exceptional
The hotel was very quiet despite a noisy street and construction at the hotel.
We were impressed with the room.
