Under the ground…so discusting

When you have to order a breakfast for 2 using a QR code and wait 30 mn to eat frozen fruits and cold scramble eggs served on a dirty table. And wait another 15mn for cold coffee from a person who doesn’t care of what she is doing. And this for 80$ ? Same punition the next day. You will love digital hotel

The building itself is very modern. The rooms were clean, spacious and staff was very friendly and helpful. The area outside of the hotel was a bit sketchy but felt safe overall, there was security outside during night time. Hotel was very close to Union Square so shopping and finding places to eat was a breeze. Easy transportation as well as it was close to the station and bus stops.

Bad neighborhood, mediocre service

The neighborhood where the Line is, is shockingly bad. You just don’t feel safe even walking down the street. The hotel doesn’t compensate for the experience. The communal space is not cosy, breakfast can only be ordered via a qr code and delivered in 30 mins. The valet parking is $70 and they park your car in a valet across the street that cost you $30. My whole SF stay was fantastic except for the hotel that I was dreading to return to every night.

Elevators are really hard to get to work. Neighborhood a bit sketchy but everywhere in sf is tricky these days
