Check in was a breeze, my room was clean and stocked with toiletries, 1 fresh clean towel
Room was very basic , clean sheets with a great view of millennium tower
There’s one bathroom per floor , so it might get a bit crowded
The bar downstairs hosts live music events that last until about midnight-
They could do a better job in keeping the restrooms clean AT ALL TIMES

Windows didn’t seal so you could hear the traffic and people out side all night long until the Night club closed. No Fridge or AC.

Customer service was not great. I don’t know why he wanted to argue.

Perfect for an inexpensive stay. The room was just a bed, tv, and sink. The windows were nice, just didn’t block out noise from outside. Also, the rooms are above a bar that seems to play live music, so maybe not the best sleep for everyone. Can feel a bit unsafe being it’s near a highway overpass and a bit far from the bustling city. Besides that, it’s relatively close to lots of things since the public transport is really neat in San Francisco.

Overall it was good. It does get a bit noisy with the bar below because they have a band playing most nights, but that comes with the territory. The room was very clean and so was the bathrooms. It’s for sure an older building by the look and feel, but it’s not too bad looking of a place.
