Publié le 6 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayPerfect property for us. Close to Inner Richmond, e-bikes right up the street. Every convenience for cooking at home, and short distance to great restaurants. Super comfortable and spacious, even some outdoor space. Loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Location. Wonderful Apartment.

The location was perfect and the apartment was well stocked with "welcoming" items which were nice to have since we arrived late in the evening. Pamela was the perfect hostess for this wonderful property. Highly recommend!

Publié le 29 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayThe apartment offered a cozy feel and provided enough privacy for my parents and my boyfriend and I during our stay. There is a 3rd bed that can sleep 2. The location is perfect for activities near Golden Gate Park and is in a warm and clean part of the city. The neighborhood and building is quite at night. Price point is on the higher end but we payed for the convenience of being near USF and having had 2 of our AirBnB reservations cancelled due to temporary licences being denied. Bar soap, body wash, shampoo, and hair dryer are offered. No body lotion, conditioner or washer and dryer, which is fine just a FYI. We searched everywhere for Nespresso capsules but had no luck locating them and didn't feel it was worth calling landlord for especially since Pamela had already responded promptly when we had trouble with thermostat setting. Beds were comfortable, linens were very clean and bath robes added a great touch! Thank you for opening up you home to us.

Thank you for your kind and thoughtful review, we appreciate your insight and feedback! The reason we do not supply body lotion and hair conditioner is because they are mostly a personal preference due to allergies and body-type, so we only supply Molton Brown products that seem to be popular with our guests. The Nespresso pods are literally located on the side of the Nespresso Machine. I leave it filled with 3 different flavors of coffee pods for each stay. The Owners Manuel is also included with the Welcome Book depicting the location of the coffee pods. I would have surely responded promptly to a request had you sent me an email or text. I am SO sorry you did not get to experience the Nespresso Machine. Next time, PLEASE ask. As I mentioned when I checked you in, "please feel free to contact me anytime. I am hear to help make your stay pleasant".The NEST thermostat is programmed to ECO and the Owners Manuel is also included in the Welcome Book. I am glad that you were successful with navigating the usage. Finally, as per our advertisement, we do not offer a washer/dryer and this is clearly depicted! I look forward to having you back again. Your family was clean, respectful and a pleasure to host.

Great place to stay in SF!
