Avis Alicante Villa With Air-con and A Private Pool With Large Secure Tiled Sun Area

Thank you for your review. In the description of the villa it states the you are renting the 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor of the villa. The upstairs has my personal clothes in it for when I holiday at the villa. No one will be in the upstairs of the villa when it is rented. Due to the size of the villa that is why is is an 1000 Sqm plot is so big and you have loads of room around the pool. I left 2 carafe of Spanish wine for the guests. It is a very big Villa with plenty of room inside and out.

Dear Sabah, We were disappointed and somewhat surprised at the nature of your complaint. It is obvious and very clearly states on the website that the accommodation consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms all of which are on the ground floor next to a swimming pool. When the holiday accommodation is rented out, no one else stays at the villa which insures our guests can enjoy complete and utter exclusivity to both the accommodation and the swimming pool You are the first to complain about the mattresses. We chose to purchase medium firm mattresses as we felt they would meet the needs of most people as they are neither too soft nor too hard. We are sorry you did not find them to your satisfaction. It would be virtually impossible to please everyone in this respect. The meters for the air conditioning units which take 1/2 euro coins, were installed because many guests often kept the units running for a 24 hour period. This, obviously, was unsustainable for us to cope with. However if you only use the air-conditioning units as and when required, they are an efficient and low-cost commodity which is totally in your control as to how often you use it. There is also remote controlled ceiling fans in each room. You also mentioned your dissatisfaction with the outdoor tables and chairs. In fact, this furniture is of a top quality manufacture and is made from an expensive and robust fibreglass composite. Until your comments, we have had nothing but good reports. The villa stands on a 1000 Sq M plot and caters very comfortably for eight guests. If you look on comparison sites you will see our price is very reasonable and also competitive and worth every euro!
