Avis 2 bedroom accommodation in San Gimignano

Pros- Great location in the heart of the village, 16th century townhome. Cons - bizarre setup, two floors, the first consisting of one large room with a old kitchen and a bathroom, the second accessed either from a very small winding wooden staircase inside or a outside larger normal staircase. The second floor had two bedrooms, a very small not really usable bathroom and a eat in kitchen., - appliances were hard to use. - This apartment could not be used by anyone with mobility issues

We had a wonderful stay in San Gimignano and at this apartment. It was clean and in a fantastic location. It was an easy walk to everything you could need and with not being able to drive in San Gimignano it was just a short walk from the entrance of the town. The only suggestion I have is that you need to get a detailed do and don’t do list from the host as we were given no instructions for the apartment and we did a load of laundry and had the a/c running and we blew a fuse. The owner came quickly to fix our issue but if we were told we could only run one thing at a time it would have helped us. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property.
