we are sorry to see such a low rating, could you let us know what the problem was during your stay so we would be able to help you. besides you have only been here one night, we are waiting for you maybe for a longer stay to change your mind

The amenities are great- pool, spa, wine tasting. The staff are friendly and were very helpful getting reservations set up.

Hidden treasure!
Publié le 26 oct. 2023 sur HotelsWOW! I can not say enough about this property and the staff!! We were late getting to the property as the weather was raining and we had no where we were going! We stopped the restaurant and the gentleman took us up the the reservation desk! As we were waiting another couple came up. They were so gracious to call someone and get the code to unlock the box with our room key. Then she took us all the way to our room! I think we were the only guests that night! So comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was perfect and so appreciated!

Incredible villa in the Tuscan hills, beautiful views and great location to explore the area from but you will need a car. Clean, rustic room with good facilities. The service was fantastic, very helpful staff. We enjoyed using the pool and had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. We didn’t have a balcony so we had our own private shaded outdoor area where we ate most nights. We chose not to cook so didn’t inquire about a kettle or other cooking utensils, but these weren’t provided in the room so you may need to request these. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
