I paid for a king bed room and the staff put me in a room of a small bed. I had to wait to talk to another staff member on the night so he could change my room. The first staff was negative and dint want to help me.

El hotel es antiguo, pero esta muy bien conservado, el chequeo fue sumamente rapido; esta muy bien ubicado. Sin embargo, el desayuno es bastante decepcionante. Muy pocas opciones, nada bueno que decir alli. En el area de la piscina, sin atencion, sin toallas, y no le habia hecho limpieza adecuada pues estaban flotando en el agua restos de vegetacion y hasta una bolsa de plastico.
