This property charged a resort fee though expedia and another resort fee on site.

Hello Rebecca, I would like to thank for your feedbackAlegranza always appreciate the oportunity to clarify your doubts, At our Resort we constantly strive to meet your needs and exceed your expectations, therefore your feedback is very important to us.On the other hand, please let us express our deepest apologies for the inconveniences you experienced. Please allow me to express that Expedia does not collect a Resort Fee, the hotel always does it upon chek in. I have emailed you a quote online with Expedia where you can see that the Resort Fee is listed in the paments a client needs to do but it is at your Confirmation sent by Expedia that points out that you need to pay it at the Hotel. Would you please check my email at the spam too?I hope this helps to clarify this issue.We were happy to have you at Alegranza, hoping that you enjoyed your stay at the amazing Penthouse with incredible Ocean View to the Bay of San Jose del Cabo.Also hope that this do not interfiere in hosting you again soon!

Wonderful place, great location overlooking the town and the ocean. Easy walk to downtown and all restaurants and shops. Highly reccomend.

The property outside was well maintained. The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to bring carry-on bag for a few days of clothes. We just wash them our stuff using the laundry detergent that;s included. The balcony has a high-end BBQ grill that's east to us along with a large couch & a table to dine while watching the Golf of California waters. With three large pools, your choice is good you'll be able to just hang out. Love this place!!!

This is best kept secret slightly off the hotel Zone. 20 min walk, 3 min drive to the hotel zone. The accommodations was awesome. The staff is fantastic. The views on the back side as long as you reserve the ocean view side.. OMG, couldn't as for much more than walk out directly to the beach. Very safe location. Didn't experience any problems.

This is a great location. The views of the sea and whales jumping are fantastic. The condo is modern comfortable and well appointed. It's a simple short drive into the town center for many dining options.

book for 5 days with Expedia package. Lot of hidden charges like $500.00usd $199.99usd upon check in. The rental unit dusty, bed sheets have blood stains. Ants all over. I wish I can post pic.

Hello Daljit,First, I would like to thank your feedback.Alegranza is very sorry about all the inconveniences, please receive our deepest apologies.The 500 usd refers to a Hold to a credit card in case of damages and it is applied upon check in; and the 199.99 usd charge is the "Resort Fee" (the Resort fee is to enjoy of all our amenities); this charge is quoted through Expedia when a client is booking appearing at the breakdown. Expedia does not charge it, it means that event when it appears part of the payment, you will pay it directly at the Hotel upon check in; Expedia states this payment at the Reservation Confirmation sent to the client.The information about both charges is found at our Expedia listing information.We are very glad we fixed the inconveniences found at the unit, allowing you to stay the rest of your days comfortably, our commitment with our guests is to provide the best experience at our property. Hope to give us the opportunity to make it up to you next time.
