Bienvenidos to the Baja Beach Oasis , a Mexican beach themed 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condo right on the Costa Azul beach the views are Sea of Cortez to Palmilla point where surfers enjoy the best surf break around .

Master bedroom features a new king size bed , smart tv 45” , linens and full bathroom.

Second bedroom has 2 full beds , a smart 45” tv and full bathroom.

The condo has all new appliances in the kitchen and is fully equipped and ready for a wonderful vacation !

The decorations are influenced by Mexico and the Sea of Cortez where you can enjoy the living area with a 60” smart tv , incredible views , a nice dining area to share with your family and friends and balcony for some fresh margaritas or a coffee in the mornings!

La Jolla HOA has a 24 hrs security and it's very safe for all the family .

The complex had 2 pools to enjoy and lounge areas around them , just few steps from the beach where you can use the sun beds or bring the chairs that we have available at the condo , also we provide beach towels and a cooler .

La Jolla Beach Condo
This place is quite amazing and right on the beach. The finishes are what really stand out here, especially when compared to other units in the complex. The travertine floors coupled with the quartz countertops and backsplash, along with the ample cabinetry. The whole place has been remodeled recently. This is a condo in a private complex, so no restaurants on site, but there are a few within walking distance. The only drawback was the lack of a hot shower. It was lukewarm at best. The rest of the condo made up for that though and still gets 5 stars.

We loved the condo with views of the beach and the pool. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The property manager was helpful and flexible with us on check in and check out and was responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

We were there for two weeks and everything was pretty well perfect. Good location with a heated pool right outside the door, beach a few steps away. The place is well equipped and very comfortable. It must be noted that the balcony overlooks the pool of the all inclusive resort next door which initially raised some concerns about noise. However, the noise ended early in the evening and was never a problem and the partying provided much entertainment during the day. The hot water was actually just luke warm but in fairness we never got around to bringing this to the attention of the owner.

unit was renovated beautifully and well appointed , however there was a lot of yelling from condo next to us and the all inclusive resort beside the condo was a party place until about 4 pm when they all passed out ! We had a great time regardless !!!!

Excellent Vacation!
The condo was everything we hoped for. It was very spacious for 2 couples and had all the amenities including beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas for the beach. The La Jolla property is very well maintained and clean. Mama Mia and Zippers restaurants are walkable and great options for meals if eating out. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

We enjoyed this condo with its lovely views of the beach and large porch. The master bedroom, bath and adjacent bedroom and bath have been beautifully redone and ,a plus for us, the beds are comfortable. We are happy to know that the kitchen, dining room and den are also in line for an upgrade as the kitchen, as is, is very small and a bit difficult to use. For the most part everything we needed was there but the pots, pans and kitchen tools need an update as well. There is no dishwasher and that would be nice as well as a built in microwave to increase the counter space. It was very comfortable and as this was our 3rd time to stay at La Jolla, as always, we enjoyed the pools and the grounds.

Great location if u want to be near San Jose and away from hustle. Easy access to bus stop across the street or Uber. You can walk to Mama Mia restaurant right from the beach or go to the District restaurant just 7 minute walk on sidewalk.

Woke up to beautiful sunrises over the ocean, played on the property in the pool walking on the beach, saw, see turtles, hatch, and whales playing. Wish we had people staying with us because the condo was so huge we will return.

The property was perfectly clean and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay such as beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, a small cooler and more. The fridge had some bottled water and beers waiting for us. There was also a bottle of champagne for New Year's. The instructions manual was current and clear and the wifi info was displayed in frames by the main TV, so it was very easy to find. The owner was very responsive to all questions in a timely fashion. Wonderful large TV's with Netflix and very comfortable beds! We will certainly return.

Great location with recent updates to bedrooms and showers, plus in-suite laundry was very nice. The pool in the properly is lovely. This is the place for you if you love long beach walks and stunning sunrises. Noise from the neighbouring property was the only drawback. The kitchen needs attention but the owners have upgrades planned for 2023. The properly has everything you need to spend a nice day at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cooler. You only need to bring your own mask and fins to go snorkelling.

My daughter and I stayed while visiting friends nearby. The Condo was perfect and had everything we needed from some extra waters to good coffee and plenty of towels. The Condo and grounds were clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool the beach the view. Everything was perfect!

Great location with a return. Clean and tidy. Great quiet pool, close to beach, 2nd floor, not walk out. Listen to the waves crashing, but not swimmable. Clean condo with beach mbrellas towels, chairs, kids floats & toys. Games, tv, internet. no dishwasher, washer or dryer.lots of dishes, pots & pans,. Coffee, sugar, water for your mornings. The tile counters are hard to clean. No dishwasher, hard water ,shower in master slow. Cute mexican charm, couch uncomfortable. Patio hot and loud with air conditioners and the resort pool and lights, music loud. . Booking and property manager did a great job!!

Awesome Home!!
This home is as good as it can get!! Decorated in local Mexican style with a feeling of beach comfort. Everything from the beds to the appliances are great. The balcony overlooks Cabo Azul beach, which is breathtaking from sun up to sun down. The home comes with new beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to make your day on the beach perfect. The grounds and pools are kept in pristine order and security is always present. I am already planning to return for a longer stay in the future!!

The property was mostly as advertised. Reasonably priced, well-equipped, good location, nice pool, and clean. The condition of the showers wasn't good. Both showers didn't function properly. The master bedroom shower valves actually didn't allow for control of the hot/cold water flow. New valves or serious repair may be necessary. Also, The master bedroom sliding glass door didn't lock, and front door knob/lock were almost falling off when we arrived and barely functioned during our stay.

Home away from home.
LA Jolla in general is an amazing complex, the location, the grounds, the pools are all amazing. This condo worked perfectly for us, the 2 beds, 2 baths allowed us to have space and spread out just like we are home. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to cook and eat in, which was important with my kids. The balcony has an unbelievable view of the ocean and seeing the hotel pool next door gave us plenty to watch! The staff, guests and owners were all very friendly. We would stay here again, the owner is very easy to deal with and get a hold of. Great trip, can't wait to go back.
