The staff was great, very courteous and friendly. If you like Mexican food, that's the place to go. The only downside is you cannot swim on the beach in front of the hotel...it's really dangerous. There are other beaches nearby but not within walking distance.

This place is horrendous. Anyone saying otherwise is a fake review. Cockroaches in the room, black mold in the shower, broken door locks, food made all of us sick. There was vomit and feces in the pool and they said the filter is broken! There were two restaurants, one was closed. Two pools, one was closed. They told us we couldn't check out after the first night and told hotels.com that they wouldn't let us out of our reservation even after all the false advertising. Do not book. This place is not a vacation, it's hell on earth!
