The resort was stunningly beautiful and the service when were arrived was impeccable. Our room was beautiful, but because we booked through Expedia, our balcony faced a literal wall. We had no outside garden view, and we were facing the side of a building, so that was very disappointing. Another downside was the restaurants on site. The first night we ate at Flor de Noche, where my son was served raw chicken tenders. When I tried to file a complaint, I was told the restaurant is a 3rd party facility and they are not employees of the hotel, and then proceeded to give me the run around about refunding me for the food. Besides that, the hotel employees are wonderful and the location is very accessible to surrounding areas. We mostly got around in Uber and only paid a few bucks a ride.

I love the attentiveness of the staff.
There were plenty of beach loungers and options just to relax in many different areas. I can’t wait to return to see the completed updated pool and restaurant. I wish there were more dining options onsite.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were restocked as well. The property was stunning! There are shops across the street from the resort and a variety of restaurant options. The area is beautiful and safe! We will definitely be staying here again!

Everything about this property is over the top! Service, Restaurants, Comfort all exceptional! The pool attendant, I think William, took great care of Us!

The best property I’ve ever stayed and the service great and super friendly. Plus a lot of really nice little restaurants across the street.
