They are remodeling a lot of noise and hidden extra charges for meals

"Thank you for your review and feedback,we understand your dissapoinment with the construction, we are fully committed to mitigating any potential disruptions that these renovations may pose to our guests during the stay, for that reason weinclude a renovation message on Expedia Policies at the moment of the booking and we sent a direct message on the tool on Sept 29th to let them know about the renovation.We hope we can have a new opportunity to host you again soon!"

The staff was excellent. They were attentive and took the time to learn our names. They really made us feel special. Jair, Allen, Norma, Mario, and Shanti…just to name a few. The pool activities and kids/teen clubs were fun. Once the construction is finished, it will be beyond amazing!

The staff was very friendly. Everybody was eager to help you. When you had a question, I've had a great experience. I'd recommend anybody to go to this resort.
