Horribles las paredes de los pasillos todas manchadas y sucias el elevador sucio manchado las puertas de la entrada al cuarto chorreadas de bebidas, los cajones del tocador valiéndose y desarmados
Tuvimos que ir a recepción hablar con alguien y si nos cambiaron de habitación y si nos dieron en otro edificio mejor pero de inicio fue muy mala experiencia

There was a golf coarse around it that was cool. I found the staff was nice. The food was subpar, 40 minute wait for restaurants to seat you and 40 minutes to get your food. For the price of hotel, this place is not worth it. Its $600 a night after taxes and the food is bad. Also the beach area is the worst I have ever seen for Mexico. Big thumbs down

We were sold a room upgrade at one rate. We moved into the room and unpacked everything and went out. When I checked my credit card statement they charged us more. When I challenged them they said the rate they quoted was for another room. When I said we never discussed that room or another price, they acknowledged I was correct. They said I could be moved back to my original room if I wanted. I simply asked them to allow us to stay in room we already were in for the price quoted. They refused. Complete bait and switch. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
