Our stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos was a big disappointment. The food was particularly bad, lacking flavor and variety, while the drinks were mediocre at best. The experience took a turn for the worse on our first night when we received a call at 10:30 PM asking to fix our bathtub due to a leak in the room below. We agreed to have it fixed the next morning at 10 AM, so we left before that and when we returned to our room at 4 PM, the issue still wasn’t resolved. They didn’t finish until 5 PM, blaming it on a missing repairman. To add to the frustration, we were promised a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in. Instead, we were told it would arrive the next day, but it never did. It wasn’t until our final full day, after repeatedly calling, that we finally received it. The pool was another letdown—very dirty, with visible dirt floating in the water. It’s a shame because the setting could have been enjoyable, but the poor cleanliness and service overshadowed the stay. Would not recommend.

The resort was absolutely stunning and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. There was a wide variety of restaurants to choose from.

Staff made the stay very easy. More dining options than you would ever need. The property looked and felt even better than how it was shown online. The room was very clean and we felt very welcomed.
