Hi Richard, Sorry for the inconvenience and canceling your reservation at the last moment. I gave a clear explanation to you that the guest prior to your stay got a pet without our knowledge and trashed the place. This was the reason we cancelled your reservation and provided full refund. Along with this refund, we also helped you find a new place. It is surprising that you don't mention the help the hosts provide to the guests in an emergency situation. I can also see that you have rented our place earlier and did not provide a good review. It is not fair that you only provide bad rating when you are affected and don't provide a good review when you enjoy the place and especially when you have already rented the same place from us. I kindly request you to change the rating and help us thrive in this competitive place.

Thank you for the review and good to know you had a great stay. We will take care of the spray for spiders. With so much lush greenery around the house and warm weather in costa rica, it increases the chance of insects around the house.
