I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places

New condition and great decoration style. I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use!

Lack of communication

Not a pleasant arrival. No email 24 hours ahead of checking in time. Had to call Hotels.com and get them to contact property manager for details. Then got sent to an apartment that was already occupied. Following day had to request towels and extra toilet paper. Nothing was delivered. Emailed them again that evening. Was told they never had time all day! Aoartment was very new and in excellent condition. Lack of communication from manager. I am not impressed. Gated area with electric fencing and security guard at gate.
