Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty manager never showed up at the house to let us in. No response to emails or voice messages. After 6 emails and two voicemails I am still trying to get a refund. Avoid this place. Bad mgmt.

Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI never received any welcome info. I could not get hold of the host to get any info. Even vrbo customer service could not contact the host. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to staying there.

we are very sorry we could not accommodate you. We automatically send an email or short message to all out guests with all the contact details.
Unfortunately we did not have an email or phone number for you.
We are in the process of setting up for automatic checking and checkout for our properties but this would still require us to be able to communicate with you directly.

Beautiful view-arrive during the day to see
Publié le 28 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property has the most amazing view!!!! A must see. The cabin is so cute and there are so many wonderful amenities on the property. It was also the coziest bed I stayed in during my whole trip, I wish I had stayed here the whole time!
It was a very nice area, but it was hard for all of my cab drivers to find. Be sure to reach out to property owners on WhatsApp before you arrive to get the location pin on waze to send to your cab driver. I do recommend reaching out to them on whatsapp, as I didn’t receive a response on VRBO or email.

A great place to spend your first days in Costa Rica, before we start to travel the country.
Great and fast communication with the owner and staff. Very helpful with every question we had.
We are happy that we can end our holiday at this location as well.
