The property was nice room was really nice. The only thing is at the time of check-in. I should've been told that they had construction going on above the floor that I was in.

This hotel was highly disappointing due to the ongoing construction. Everything is closed, including the gym, bar, restaurant, and swimming pool, yet they still charge full price. The noise from construction is constant and very loud, lasting all day until around 8:00 PM every night.They provide earplugs, but it's not a solution when the banging is relentless, making it impossible to relax during the day.The property is cluttered with old furniture from remodeling. In the garage, the staff has created a makeshift area with this furniture where they gather to drink.This makes the environment feel unsafe and unprofessional, especially with empty alcohol bottles around. Walking to our car several times,the staff was being loud and behaving inappropriately, which felt quite intimidating, particularly since the garage is poorly lit. Very minimal interaction with the front desk, they did waive the $15 per day parking fee after I complained about not being informed of the construction and amenities when booking. In the bathroom the shower small black hairs stuck to the walls, which we had to rinse off before using. The glass door was filthy, and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When I opened the door, the smell was terrible because our room was directly above the trash bins where I could even see rats rummaging through the bags! I strongly advise looking for a better place until construction is complete,the property is properly maintained and employees are better!

Hotel was under construction including restaurant, bar and pool. They gave away free ear plugs since construction starts early. Fans in hallways from wet carpet??? Misleading about the status and I wouldn’t stay here.

Questionable location and old facilities but overall nice. Pool was closed during visit.

Having to pay for parking while staying at the property made no sense if there was no secured parking lot.also I booked thru hotels.com and they still charged my card for the two nights after my stay. Which I got resolved but also inconvenient that I had to call multiple times to get my refund back. The construction and renovations I understand noise but giving your guest earplugs was a nice touch. Probably the least they could have done is give a complimentary breakfast instead of charging guest 10.99 for the inconvenience.
